We provide commuter alerts, journey planning, and transport information through our app and website.

  • Device & Usage Info: Details like your phone type, IP address, app version, cookies, and how you use the app.

  • Support Info: The messages you send to customer support.

Note: Please do not share sensitive information (like health or criminal records) with us unless it is genuinely necessary.

How We Use Your Information

  • Give you personalised travel guides, route suggestions, and nearby transit alerts.
